We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Mykonos is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 2 - OUR HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our blue pottery. However, please note:

  • Unique Variations: As our products are handcrafted and hand-painted, slight variations in color, pattern, and shape are a hallmark of our artistry and are not considered defects.

  • Screen Display: Colors may differ based on your device settings and configuration.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PRICING

  • Offer to Purchase: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping and handling, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Personal Use: You agree that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Title & Risk: Once the pottery is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. However, please refer to our Refund Policy regarding our "Safe Arrival" guarantee for items damaged during transit.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the Services, such as the Mykonos name, logos, hand-painted designs, images, and text, is the property of Mykonos and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 6 - AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • For change-of-mind, our 30-day policy (as detailed in our Refund Policy) applies.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like payment gateways) or links to third-party websites. We have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools or content.

SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia.
